Well, we knew it would happen eventually. And what great timing. Ewan McGregor has been motorcycling his way from Scotland through Europe, North Africa, and all the way down to South Africa. This is being documented in the reality series “Long Way Down.” Well, it just so happens that Ewan is in Tunisia and will be going through some of the Tatooine set locations. Doesn’t he realize he’s ripe for a Darth Maul desert ambush?

Quick, where’s Ray Park? He’s dropped off the radar ever since Comic-Con. If I were Ewan, I’d keep alert out there in the desert. You just never know.

Don’t forget to catch the episode this Saturday on Fox Reality Channel. Thanks to Lisa for the heads up!

I know what you’re thinking. ‘What’s this Clone Wars thing all of a sudden, and why is it showing on theaters? It’s a cartoon, right? Isn’t it going to end up on television? Am I right to just wait for the DVD?’

Wrong. Clone Wars isn’t just a cartoon movie. It’s a phenomenon, and you don’t want to miss it. CGI is it, baby. Live action is dead (editor’s note: until 2009, that is). It’s also a comic book sensation.

Courtesy of Titan Magazines (the UK publisher of Star Wars magazines and comics) and in celebration of the upcoming release of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Star Wars Comic #4.36 (on sale 14 August), JediNet is pleased to provide the following spiffy wallpapers for download. You see, it’s all part of the Clone Wars conspiracy. But it’s fun, so you might as well go along for the ride. Your computer screen will thank you for it.

Here is a gallery of the wallpaper images:

Pretty cool, huh? To get the wallpapers, simply download the zip file. Enjoy!
