As vital to all true Star Wars fans as the Mos Eisley Cantina is to the scum and villainy of the Galaxy, Insider returns with a veritable bounty of new interviews and features in the latest issue. We talk to a legend of the franchise in the shape of Anthony Daniels, the man behind C-3PO, chat with two of the technical geniuses that bring The Clone Wars to life, get the lowdown on the making of Star Wars figures, and much more.

The content is still a little out of date, but the basic functionality is complete enough for me to re-post Steve’s Star Wars Timeline. Yes, the timeline that just won’t die resurfaces once again!

I’ll be phasing in a few more updates to get it back to its former state, and hopefully add new features from there. As always, I appreciate your feedback and hope you find the timeline to be a useful resource.

Work deadlines and a trip to North Carolina have slowed my work on getting Steve’s Star Wars Timeline up and running with the new structure around here. But as a step towards that goal, I do have a shipping list of recent and upcoming titles available for preview which you can view here.

The list includes the latest comic solicitations as announced by The Official Site:

• Legacy #9: Trust Issues #1 (February 14)
• Dark Times: The Path to Nowhere #5 (February 28)
• Knights of the Old Republic #14 (February 28)
• 30th Anniversary Collection Volume 2: Jedi vs. Sith hardover collection (April 4)
• Legacy: Broken trade paperback collection (April 11)

In the more immediate future, you can look forward to the first Knights of the Old Republic trade paperback to hit shelves on Wednesday. This is a week earlier than listed on Dark Horse’s schedule, but shipping lists for comic retailers seem to indicate it’ll be arriving.
